The Action Shooting Range is comprised of a series of concrete walled pits with PSA Provided steel targets and plywood backers. Steel target diameters vary by pit and are made to fall when shot. This makes for a responsive, fun environment for target shooting.

The steel targets are for specific calibers, while paper targets attached to the plywood backers are for all pistol calibers. Bring a stapler to affix your paper targets to the backers. Please be sure to read our range rules to stay safe and avoid damaging targets or property. As always, use common sense with steel targets and maintain a safe minimum distance.

We all work together to maintain a safe and enjoyable area for action shooting. Brass collected via the funnel at the shed helps to fund youth programs at Palmyra Sportsmen's.
